與順豐有機肥料公司合作新產品的開發，利用雞糞等農畜產剩餘物，混入生物炭，運用新式堆肥處理設備調製成不同配方之有機質肥料 ，提供農民栽培管理之使用。共同合作研究經費5,000千元。
